It has metastasized into the super clavical nodes. I dont know if I should do a bi or uni lateral mastectomy. No sign of cancer in the other breast or under arm but it is in my neck. I am so confused and on top of that my doctor can no longer treat me so I had to find a new breast surgeon and plastic surgeon. I did find a replacement doc and I am glad that I have as it was a blessing in disguise. I hope to find someone that has had the same diagnosis as I and can provide some clarification as what I should do.
