Don't really understand your questions.. "who is her?" A doctor? How do you mean "she" lost your nursing career?
If your tumor was biopsied as a sarcoma, the "she" says is is not a sarcoma?

Do you live near a large urban hospital? They usually have cancer doctors.

I go to UTSW in Dallas. No referral needed to get in there. I understand Baylor is another really awesome hospital here in Dallas. I am sure there are other wonderful hospitals in Houston where you can go. You obviously need a different oncologist. You have no confidence in the one you have. I trust my oncologist with my life, quite literally.

Well believe it or not i am on the web looking at UTSW Dallas. You are not going to believe that i went to MD to fire my physician. Because my rectum muscle is closing and she does not think that it could be ca ncer. How stupid . I have never any butt to close up unless it is cancer. So pray for me. Thanks for the help. Pinky7

I first started with a Neuro surgeon. I requested a Neuro oncologist when I asked about a follow-up. I had to request a couple of times, but MD Anderson did schedule me with one. Keep trying. With MD Anderson it sometimes takes time.

I would have changed doctors ... or at least sought a second opinion ... a very long time ago. If you do not trust your doctor to be making the best and wisest decisions for your care, fire him or her and go elsewhere. Don't wait another day. Set up an appointment somewhere else.

Dear sweet mother 09 I am so sorry to hear u are experiencing this evil cancer again. I truly know where you are coming from. Please if you could tell me what symptoms did u have before they found your Leiomyosarcoma . Every since I had my endometrial cancer stage 3, Grade 3 with lymphovascular invasion. I have been complaining of soft tissue and bone pain. Severe pain all over. I feel that your diagnoses is what is wrong with me. But, I can't get any one to listen . I have lot of nodules and they did not start developing until after my surgery. Please can you tell me how they found it with you. And any symptoms you had. Thank you so much. Much needed information. Pinky7
