Denied. It is in appeal for what good it will do, all Drs are VA so they are careful what they say.

    Reed shared an experience

Celebration (told by my oncologist that I have been Cured ): A few week's ago april 2016 and the results of my last Pet scan was clear again. No more pet scans. Took a few days for it to actually sink in. But now I guess I'm ready to join the survivors club. Still not to sure how to handle it. But I'll figure it out, I'm already helping another family member that has been diagnosed with EC.

Yes i do have a attorney working on the case . Once I turned the case over to someone who knows what they're doing. I was able to let go and stop worrying about it so much. I have done about all I can do.

    Viet Nam agent Orange Claim

Has any one successfully settled a claim with the VA for esophagus cancer? I filed my claim back in 2010 when I was first diagnosed. I have an attorney working on it now.

      Hi Reed

Here is the link to AZ legislators.

      http://www.azleg.gov/alisStaticPages/HowToContactMember.asp

I would call Sen. John McCain (one of the most famous veterans) and explain my situation and ask him for some guidance, you do know he is up for re-election this year, so this is in your favor he needs all the votes he can get.

Put this into the hands of our well paid elected officials that is there job to help the 'peasants'.

      You need action now.
