    Hello Sharon,

My name is Cynthia I justed started this page tonight for my mother, I thought this would be a great site for her to connect with people going through the same things she is. I can tell you a few things of her journey so far she was diagnosis on Oct 9,2012. with Small Lung Cell Carcinoma. The next day she lost her Mother. We learned the cancer was already in the extensive stage and it was in her lungs and liver. After her 2nd treatment she had a biopsy done on her left hip bone ( due to pain) and found she has cancer in her hip. before her 4 treatment she had to have a CT scan and found that her cancer in her liver has gotten worse since it shrunk after the 1st treatment. This is where we are as a family. It is so tough and I can only imagine the pain you are going through as a wife.
I am a daughter of 5 and I know its hard. She sit there and cries because her hair is falling out, the pain she is going through due to the cancer, and her family the most i am one of 5 girls, 4 stepsons, and has 18 grandchildren with one on the way. As for me i am the middle child and just some encouragement for you stay strong it's ok to cry and have melt downs and don't keep it inside it inly keeps buliding and one day it will explode. i will stop rattling on but would love it if you would like to talk more sometime. Stay strong and i hope for the best for you and your family..
    Lola's Daughter
    Cynthia
