Decision Point (Palliative to hospice): I do not intend to go for cure unless a molecular level treatment specific for me is available. I want pain, anxiety and anguish therapy control.
May 22 news: PET scan shows lung cancer metastasis to the brain. Dr. proposes all-brain radiation and chemotherapy. At 77 years old I am to go for hospice as soon as possible. No really bad symptoms yet. May even try Dignitas in Switzerland or Compassionate Choises. Heavy decisions to make.
Any one there with stage IV lung cancer and brain metastasis? I'm in such dark place.
