I finished treatment 14 months ago when my cancer came back as aggressive stage IV, started chemo this March, have had six chemo treatments, tumor hasn’t shrunk so have to go through six more. Doing pretty well with treatments not like first time with radiation, that was XXX. Had first cancer (breast) in 2012 so this is my third time around, bummer..

If you look at the people tab, then look to the left of that page you will see how you can search for your type of cancer, the stage you wish to look at, etc. It's a handy tool, I've used it several times while looking for information.

No reocurrence!!! I was diagnosed in July 2018. Chemo and radiation began in September. Treatments completed the end of October. Pet scan in January 2019 showed no cancer.

I know; however, I dread the Pet scans and tumor marker tests. Guess I need to be more positive! I have blood work and the tumor marker test done on July 5. I was also told I had to have another colonoscopy this summer.Do you have anal cancer? When I was told my treatment had a 90-95% total cure rate, I had no choice but to endure chemo and radiation. I wish you the very best on your Pet Scan!!! We need to compare notes on the side effects!
