    Hey Tony
I dont get on line much so sorry for the late reply. 2 years past surgery and doing pretty well. After 1 yr of lupron I didnt like how I felt so i dedided to stop it. Another year later and now I am beginning to see my psa start to increase. I am stage IV and I knew that I still had cancer in my body so it wasnt really a terrible set back just the realization that my journey will continue. Its now .07 so i wait until it reaches .2 and then go back on the horomone treatment to slow it down and hope that it works. Accepting the aging process and the cancer diagnosis has been somewhat overwhelming but its part of life and I have really enjoyed the early years so its a time of acceptance and reevaluation. Hope you are well.

Oh No (Cancer has spread/Metastasized): I am just over 2 years post op and went 1 yr with lupron therapy but decided to stop it and see what happens. It takes nearly a year for it to bet totally out of your system and now after one year my Psa is starting to climb. I have slowly gone from undetectable to .07 in 6 months. My Oncologist tells me we will wait until it reaches the threashold of .2 before I go back on lupron so I figure I have a few more months before I am chemically neutered again. The journey continues.

Its great to hear. My PSA is still negligible 3 months after surgery so its the wait and see game. The one thing I find laking in this site is like you when things are going well people tend to drop out and it gives the rest a feeling of direness...so i like to follow up on people similar to me to make sure things are going well. Because if they are not you usually see it in the posts. So thanks for letting me know and congratulations! Enjoy Life!

You are right, Robert. We arent as compelled to visit as when we need strength and community. We shouldnt forget to share good news....Its important to see the hope....I will try to "give back" more while things are good as well.....Good luck with your first test or 2......dont let it consume you though.....whatever it is, you will deal with it...
