Thanks for sharing your experience Phoenix76. I am a vegetarian so didn't have a "meat" experience. However, I was very aware of the toxins in what I was putting in my body and some of the mixed spices have MSG and such. It's hard to navigate what's "best" and at that point...getting through is top priority and for me it was important to keep it healthy to boot. :)
