      Thanks for sharing that - I never would have thought of it! During chemo, the sweet tasted sweeter and the bitter more bitter; red meat tasted very metallic/iron-y. I ate more fish and veggies, and used flavorful spices like Mrs. Dash. It helped!

      Thanks for sharing your experience Phoenix76. I am a vegetarian so didn't have a "meat" experience. However, I was very aware of the toxins in what I was putting in my body and some of the mixed spices have MSG and such. It's hard to navigate what's "best" and at that point...getting through is top priority and for me it was important to keep it healthy to boot. :)
