2015 AITL (dx 5/1/2012), RCHOP x2 & CHOP x3 (partial response). 8/2012 clinical trial Sorefanib (Nexavar) partial response. MRD SCT - Matched Related Donor Allogeneic Stem Cell (Bone Marrow) transplant 11/15/2015. Chronic Graft vs. Host disease diagnosed May 2013 (six months after transplant: started upon taper of tacrolimus). Mostly controlled since then with prednisone, tacrolimus, and supportive meds. Flares occasionally worse, especially with stress. AITL considered in remission from time of transplant - 2+ years as of 3/2015.

07/08 DX PTCL - NOS, 4B. >50 tumors + BMI.
08/08-12/08 4 cycles CHOEP + 4 cycles GND.
03/09-06/13 Clinical trial of Romidepsin. NED for 64 (28 day) cycles.
07/13 Second relapse. Multi auto-immune symptoms.
08/13 - 02/14 Romidepsin increased, but stopped - lack of response. Resolved spontaneously.
09/14 Third relapse with visible nodes.
10/06/14 One cycle Belinostat. Symptoms worsened. Stopped.
10/13/14 Re-classed to AngioImmunoblastic T-Cell Lymphoma.
10/25/14 Entered trial of Alisertib (MLN8237). Failed 01/05/14
01/12/15 Belinostat resumed. Failed 02/23/15
02/24/15 Pralatrexate started.
03/12/15 Good abdominal scan, but Pralatrexate is now beating both of us up! Leucovorin rescue being employed 24 hours post-infusion.
I am now in my sixth regimen and on my twelfth drug.
