Celebration (Breakthrough): It seems my friend does not have anal cancer and that the heavy anal operation is not needed. However, he could still have intestine cancer, which will become clear in six weeks from now.

Procedure or Surgery (Surgery not necessary of delayed): Yesterday I heard my friend probably will not have to be operated as was expected before. The reason is the surgeon now has not been able to find cancer. However, my friend will be tested in six weeks. Possibly he will still have to be operated on the (big) intestines.
