Just wanted to share...almost exactly 2 yrs after being told that I was cancer free I was found to have cancer in my lymph nodes. I had to have abdominal surgery to take them out and of course, chemo and radiation. It's been 7 months since and I am dealing with a lot of pain. I am not sure what is causing it. Could be a tear in my L4 & L5. It could be fibromyalgia. It could be radiation side effect. Who knows. I am to see a rheumatologist and just had a scan done. I wont give up trying to get answers..including getting a diagnosis for hypothyroid. Also, as if all I have dealt with and am dealing with...Ive been told that I have diabetes 2.

Radiation (Internal radiation (Brachytherapy)): I still cry when I think of all that I went through with this procedure. Most of all, I am still angry with the lady who caused me to have hematomas from shoving the tube down my throat. After a year and a few months, I experience pain in the area when I get upset or stressed.

Radiation (Radiation and chemotherapy together): It wasnt as bad as I thought. I didnt even lose my hair. A year and a few months later I still do experience some side effects. But, they arent hard to live with.

Better check this person out. They have no info about their journey and they are posting about some "insightful" doctor who told them their ex lover would be back in 2 days and they did.
