This time, this cancer, I don't get chemo or radiation therapy. I really, feel like I need someone to talk to, but there isn't anyone.
I don't want to share EVERYTHING I feel with my kids and family..or friends. So, who do I get to listen? I need someone that understands what I am going thru. -

Well, I am not sure where to start. I was diagnosed with colon/rectal cancer in 1989. My 2 children were 4 and 1 yr old. I was going thru a divorce and I had no clue to what I was facing. I did receive chemo and radiation treatments in 1990.
I was a cancer survivor!!!! I was physically doing well and never knew I had cancer, again, until just recently. What a shock. But, in my mind, I thought, well I know what it's like to go thru cancer, I can do it again. But, this time, it's much different. This time, it's terminal, and now I have grandkids ages 5 and 1.
