On Folfox chemo. How many of you lost your hair, mine is simply thinning at this point, only 2 chemo treatments in? ?

Mine fell out in blotches. I shaved it all. I know just what you mean about itching amd pain. All the irritation went away with my hair. :-) I've managed to lose mine on every chemo even though you aren't supposed to.

This is too late for Tammy72, but for others reading this, I went to a "Look Good, Feel Better" meeting at the cancer center, for women getting chemo, and the leader said it is better not to shave your head, that the hair grows back better and there is less itching and stubble if you pull it out. Several women had been to a wig specialist who gently pulled it all out for them. I have no direct experience of this, just reporting what was said.

My hair thinned but did not completely fall out. Really pleased altho I am still waiting to see what happens. On new chemo regime. So unsure about the outcome

Side Effects (Depression/Anxiety): The meds have caused more to start having random panic attacks. I hate this cuz i never know when to expect them. This morning i was awakened at 4:50 am with one that lasted 1hour regardless of taking my Klonipin for it.
