Tania, I hear you about the crying.. mine was more shock and I've been through so much of this since Jan when I found out.. just a routine mamogram. The tough part and maybe it is really a good thing is I was let go from my job (after 24 yrs at this company) in 2011. Job was eliminated.. so I was interviewing like crazy and even did a few during the biopsy phase.. now I've learned to take the pressure off myself. I've worked since I was 17 before and after college. I have also thought of this as a blessing in some way. I have a wonderful family, friends, and fiance. They have helped me, but I also find Zumba is my biggest relief. I was a gym rat before all this and after surgery and all I had to slow down, boxing, weight training etc. So now it is my Zumba,, I find as I danced the fear went away more and more. Now I am going to get certified in Reiki and I hope to help others as well. Even if I can drive someone to chemo and sit with them. I helped a lady the other day who just didin't know what to eat during chemo.. no taste, etc. She hugged me and we both thanked God. I think it is wonderful that you are already helping. I'm almost out of my fog and should be ready soon too! God Bless!

Hi Deb:
Believe me I know it's hard I have cried my eyes out till they are blue, but what has helped me through is the faith that I have which is very strong it does not matter what kind of faith you have but if you have one it helps. Family, friends and co-workers have been wonderful and even though Cancer is a monster I have become a better person and I am invloved in the American Cancer Society and I knit for a non-profit organiazation call Kint Love In to It and they deliver hats to patients. I also do yoga every night before I go to sleep. The more you talk about it the better it is. You are a normal person going through normal reactions. Staying positive helps big time. Stay in touch and please ask away if you have more questions.

Thank you Tania. You are wonderful to reach out to me.. I'm just getting used to this site and hope to be able to help others as well. I just finished #7 of 28 rounds of radiation this morning. So far so good. Better than the past few months. I am trying to stay very positive and believe this thing is not coming back! :) Love to know how you deal with this and what positive inspiration helps you. Deb
