    Oh No (Diagnosed): What? That cannot be correct, I don't have time for this. I am sure you are wrong. I want a second opinion. All that, and they were right. I turned to the only place I knew could calm me down, the American Cancer Society. I was fortunate, I had direct access to their chief medical officer. He provided guidance, assurance and "paced" my progress. He helped me to understand what I needed to consider and what would happen next.....just what I needed, someone else to be in charge for a while. Not everyone can speak directly to a doc whenever they need a small question answered, buy you can speak to a trained cancer information specialist, who can guide you through some very trying times! call them anytime 24x7,[phone number redacted].
