unfortunately yes, but the doctors decided to start Avastin and it shrunk 75% in the first week. Surgery would have only been 80% removal. He is taking his first MRI after 7 treatments of Avastin on July 5th. We are praying for a miracle.

Drug or Chemo Therapy (started taking avastin, tumor shrunk): due to location of original tumor, 100% removal was not possible. My husband now suffers from aphasia. Cannot work, and hard to communicate.
