    Hello Patricia,
What a small world! I grew up in Brunswick! Does the name Flexer ring a bell? There are a few cousins still in the area and one aunt/uncle that lives on St. Simons. Miss the smell of the islands in the spring. I hope you are doing ok. Hang in their!

      Hi Dave,

I love St. Simons Island....when I drive over the bridges I always take the time to enjoy the view and appreciate what a beautiful place this is to live! I'm not from here....Pgh., Ft. Lauderdale, Amelia Island, and then St. Simons Island.

Rash is getting "slightly" better...I think the chemo just has to work itself out of my system. It's awful though!

Radiation is going well. Thank you for your information.

      Regards,

      Patricia

Hello, have you considered Evista? I too am a Stage 0, noninvasive (DCIS) although a Masectomy was performed on one side after the Lumpectomy did not get all cells. My oncologist thought this was a good way to fight the recurrence without all the side effects. I have read more on this and am glad I'm doing it as now that I am off all HRT's (ahh. those Hot Flashes) I need something to help with osteoporosis. I am a runner, bike and swim but still need strong bones to get me through the sometimes rigorous excercises.
