Cutaneous lymphomas are usually indolent, - slow growing. This gives you the time to experiment with various therapies so as to find one that is most effective. I checked an info sheet at the Lymphoma Research Foundation's website. It states that there are many variables, but Rituximab alone is a viable treatment. Here is a link to the information sheet about CBCL: http://www.lymphoma.org/atf/cf/{aaf3b4e5-2c43-404c-afe5-fd903c87b254}/CBCL_11.11.PDF

I was diagnosed with CLL with Non-Hodgkin lymphoma. During my treatment for my leukemia we found that the treatments were ineffective and my oncologist changed my treatment to a 'general cancer' treat that they referred to as 'Red Devil'. It made me very sick but I didn't lose my hair though I had to have several blood transfusions the treatments worked and my oncologist told me that at least that cancer was cured. For now there is no cure for CLL so it was good to know that at least one cancer was taken care of. I'm on Rituximab (we just call it Rituxin) now for a 'maintenance' treatment and I'll start it again on the 25th for a month. God bless you in your journey.

Oh No (Diagnosed): The doctor was shocked; she did not expect the biopsy results to be NHL.
