Other Care (Difficulty keeping fluids down): Manometry test has come back as abnormal. We will be seeing the gastroenterologist on Wednesday. Oh boy, now what. The Cancer center wants to see husband for the next 3 days to hydrate him. It just seems to go on and on.

Side Effects (Weight and hair loss, no appetite, fatigue, edema, nausea): My husband had his 2nd round of chemo wed. - fri. This weekend has been the hardest on him. Nauseous, but even with nausea meds liquids keep coming back up. Small amounts of food are no problem. He had a menometry test last week to find out why this happens. This lack of keeping fluids down is the reason he saw the doctor in the first place and found stage iv inoperable pancreatic cancer that has metastized to liver, lungs, and bones. He was told on Friday the gastro Dr. and his oncologist are meeting Tuesday regarding the test of his esophagus. I can only pray they can treat whatever it is.
