I am so sorry to hear that you you are struggling with this disease and treatment. I think we all wish we had an answer to that question. Fact is, cancer or no, mortality is there everyday and the healthiest of us could be gone in an instant. What truly stinks is feeling sick and weak with no control. Have a serious talk to your oncology team about what can be done to improve your quality of life. Palliative care has come such a long way. If you are feeling down and/or hopeless, share that as well. Please know that anyone viewing your journey here, are wrapping you in warmth and light. You will be in my thoughts and prayers.

      Hi VLCB,
I agree with Tracy, and the others. I just want to let you know that my thoughts and prayers are with you.

I would also really encourage you to ask your doctor to call in palliative care for you. I had this with my mom and my husband. They are so wonderful. Will help you be able to feel the best that you can. It doesn't mean you are giving up, but we all need the best help we can get. God bless you and hope things get better.
