Celebration (Finished treatment): I had my last scheduled Blood Lab, CT Scan, and doctor's appointment two weeks after my last chemo. My number stayed at 5. Good news is that my next appointment is in three months instead of every week. I am still amazed that I never got ill from chemo enough to throw up. Thank you to my medical team!

Celebration (Finished treatment): Finished my last scheduled #6 chemo on Tuesday. Slept through it all. It was not what I intended to do since a friend brought me and I had lots of conversations planned. I will have 2 labs before my next doctor's appointment.

Side Effects (Constipation): I need to drink a lot more liquid to keep the body moving. Those Cherrios are a good thing.

I was diagnosed with stage IV cancer. My CA125 was over 800 before beginning chemo. I'm now 4 months from my last chemo and my CA125 is 14 and continuing to decrease. My doctor told me at the initial appointment that the cancer would return but I continue to be hopeful.
