Radiation (External radiation ): One side effect - sore throat. The administration of the radiation wasn't all that bad though.

Drug or Chemo Therapy (Chemotherapy): I immediately started on the 3 harshest chemotherapies available. The infusion ate up most of the day, then I lost my energy by day 3 after the infusion. Fatigue was the worst side effect. Lost my hair, but that would come back. They didn't end up working for this type of cancer. Second chemotherapy was much easier, but we just found that didn't work either. On to the next chemotherapy later this month.

Oh No (Diagnosed): Not only was I diagnosed with cancer of the Thymus, but I found out that it's an extremely rare form of cancer (meaning not much known about it), and that it had spread already.
