Decision Point (Should I continue with chemo or just let well enough be???): There is no way I can see myself continuing additional chemo treatments, twice a week because if that is the only solution to "prolong" my life...I'm beginning to feel, "Why prolong or add any additional pain, sickness, etc.?"

      Hi Yvonne,
I understand how hard it is to keep going. I will cheer you on though. As tough as it is, for me, it's better than the alternative. Why don't you repost this as a question by posting it in the questions tab at the top of the page, you will get response from lots of people. Maybe ask if anyone has decided to stop treatment.
Thanks for posting, and let me know if I can help with anything.

Drug or Chemo Therapy (Chemotherapy): I NEVER expected to feel the pain and nausea so bad in my life. It is extremely difficult to want to continue because it has made a negative impact on my life.

Oh No (Diagnosed): For the last two years, I have not had any medical insurance enabling me to afford to pay for my gastrointestinal for stomach issues for 5 years or so prior. In January 2012, I got back insurance & even though I knew my symptoms and stomach issues had worsened, I waited until May 2012 to see family doctor (knowing a referral would be needed) & for a free "Wellness Check". My blood tests alerted doctor and many test were given...each of them failed. I NEVER imagined that the word "CANCER" would be the result.
