During the period of time from November to February, I found the most common problem, I think, was the mental anxiety. It was a very trying time for both my wife and myself as we worried about the outcome and the surgery and the extent of the cancer. Being diagnosed as a stage two or, as they call it, a T2 to T2 plus, and the Gleason scores at seven, and the fact that there was this bulge as the urologist referred to it. It was a difficult time. My sleep patterns were not particularly changed at that time, but the anxiety and a certain amount of depression and just a general anxiety was a condition of life at that time.
